Caillou Gets Grounded: My Weird Neighbors (Scrapped) 

With the departure of Mr. Hinkle, Caillou and his family meet some new, if eccentric, neighbors. What they don't know, however, are the many secrets of their true whereabouts, and the mystery that encompasses it all.
Unlike the Charlie Brown vid, this one wasn't deleted or taken down, just never finished. At the time I was making "New Sister Rosie", I lost any motivation to complete this one, namely because of my disappointment with the rough draft.
