They were the 3rd worst team last year and played the #2 & 3 team from last yr right off the bat They won't get much of a schedule break. The team and coach need to play to Clark's strength. They need more time to get familiar with each other.

Clarks problem is her team sucks compared to the rest of the teams. Her teammates can't keep up with her.

I don't get it. Sue Bird has an amazing record and history in women's basketball. She seems to be very supportive of the young gals coming into the sport, but at the same time she stands with Megan Rapinoe in supporting transgender females competing in women's sports. I'm sorry, but you can't have it both ways. It is hypocritical to support women's sports and at the same time support transgender females competing in women's sports! It would be the end of women's sports going forward!

People think Diana Taurasi was criticizing Clark, but she was being supportive before Clark was even drafted. She said greats will be great, but there is a transition period, and rookies need to give themselves some grace. The real issue is that many of Clark's "fans" have completely unrealistic expectations. And they think they have a better sense of how tings should go for Clark than Taurasi or Bird, two of the all-time best WNBA players.
