Getting to know new people through the pod is always great, but you bringing on your real life friends, especially when they also know the cohost, always creates the best vibes.

So fun fact, the 9/11 stuff was actually pretty accurate. The CIA had some analysts who knew something was going to happen, but people thought they were “crying wolf”. I highly recommend listening to the episode Blinking Red from True Spies if you want to learn more about it.
Yeah like I’ve heard they literally had the knowledge that there were people using a flight simulator and obtaining pilots licenses and stuff. In some ways they were quite careless.

I had a gf that had to go to prison. She was a nurse and did some illegal stuff. I guess you can get addicted to Ambien. Anyway i sent a letter or card every day. When someone is in jail or prison those letters mean a lot. When she got out she expected me to support her financially. I was like nope. We stayed friends until she took her life. I didn't take the threat seriously. I thought i talked her off the ledge so to speak. I stopped by to see her and left. She was gone within 3 hours. 😢 RIP ❤
Great episode! Caitlin looks INCREDIBLE. I have also been broken up with for taking things too literally in relationships when I was a teenager. Those were some tough times 😂
Im never going to be a calorie counter. I think if you work out like a beast you should be able to eat whatever you want. Just watch the unhealthy heart stuff.
There was one "out" person at my high school. One of four in my friend group. What's HILARIOUS, is we ALL came out at different times - after we first met. Us gays always find each other
She gets told she is a lot so i think she was just pointing out another clue that this is possible but as she is a comedian I would take everything "with a grain of salt" (a.k.a. assume its a joke)
I'm gen z and I came out when I was twelve people already bullied me but after they found out I was gay there were definitely a lot of girls who started treating me like a was a predators cause I was gay then when the more popular gay kids started communicating out they all acted like allies and were so okay with it all of a sudden
Gonna have to watch for Caitlin on after midnight. I just recently started watching and it's funny. Also I'm agender and my addition to the gender discussion is that when I was really little I basically was like "oh this gender stuff is all made up" so I just related things like my pronouns to my sex. However, I still don't understand "feeling" feminine or masculine. It doesn't compute for me. So I wonder if that is part of gender. IDK it's confusing but when a friend told me she was wearing something to feel more feminine or when Ashley talks here about feeling too masculine I'm like "that's an option?"
The talk about looking bad and only then realising how bad you were is so relatable. It's hard not to get mad at your past self for not realising as well.
Genuinely confused as to why my comment was deleted. I said that I loved the ep and that all 3 of you slayed on the episode (except I used the word "kill3d" and not "slayed", without disguising it the word - is that why it got deleted?) Then in reference to Ashley b0mbing, I said that the first attempt at the live laugh love/eat pray fly joke was tower 1, and the second attempt was tower 2. That really was just intended as a friendly roast in this awesome riffing community. I didn't think it would be received as genuinely offensive.
Sometimes RU-vid, actually all social media apps, filters comments, we don’t delete them. The filter isn’t just for word use, it also may account for other things like spamming or previous warnings/violations that you may not even be aware of. I see all the time “they deleted my comment!!!”, when I have, not once, ever deleted a comment lol
