Hey, there is another mechanic. You can actually stack headshots if you hit trap + E, this could be useful to double headshot people from zonhyas and with enough att spd you can even fit more autos in the middle. Maybe it's used on some advanced combos but I didn't see you explaining it
@@Indefendency I ment you can literally stack headshots, for example you hit a trap and without shooting you use the net so you have 2 headshots on the same person to proc
@@DavidSanR Bora guy probably thought of the bug where cait fires headshots while she is in zhonyas (which got fixed yeah), but the guy from original comment was talking about trapping opponent whos in zhonyas and hitting net when they are out of zhonyas and then hitting 2 headshots from safety if you have enough attack speed to proc both headshots until the second one dissapears
You can cancel the downtime you usually have after placing a trap by issuing a movement order (right-clicking on the ground) after pressing W That allows you to start auto-attacking and moving without having to finish the whole animation
Now this video serves as a legacy and a reminder of the glory Caitlyn once had. Sucks that RIOT was too lazy to recode and just removed everything about her.
Hey, prob no one's gonna see this but Ok so Now is kinda different how Headshot works, you can headshot reset only if you activate the traps (E or W) after you headshot once, for example: W > Auto > E > Auto - This is not as fast now than how it was before, but still faster than just doing 2 headshots. or something super situational would be: W > E+Auto (Before trap activates) > Auto (after trap activates) - This one is pretty fast but kinda hard to hit against mobile champs. That's everything I could find, but surely there is something else you could do.
Machine gun caitlyn was w reset +e reset and what they bug fix was that doing that make caitlyn fire 4 more autos so you hit 1 auto from the rest one from the e reseet another from the w reset and 3 more autos the 'buxfix was that if you did an empowered auto reset into another one caitlyn does a wierd animation and doesn't do anything, in the video he did two separate headshot reset back to back so 2 autos from e and then 2 autos from w
This version very different from machine gun Caitlyn. In machine gun Caitlyn you have to do E-W then then wait until your W is just about to go off then attack move on the ground twice to get two quick headshots, then atack move on the ground twice again to get two quick auto attacks. One of these two later auto would be a 'Phatom' auto or 'Bugged' auto. if you had a passive headshot ready then after your two headshots you would get two more headshots. First two are from your E-W the one of the later two is fro your passive and you are geting one extra headshot for free. after the changes to cait it is now imposible to get this 4 headshot machine gun or get auto reset on your E-W. In the version shewed in the video, he canceled his E dash with flash and auto attcaked before E landed to get headshot auto reset then he got one auto before his w went off to get another headshot auto reset. Tragically they did (and they should *absolutely* revert it. Great mechanic, dunno why they're removing skill expression for no reason on a fun, niche mechanic T.T) and these combos are very different. Resetting an Auto with a Headshot is different than machine gun, which reset *headshots* with *more headshots*
Which kind of attack move is needed for this? So far i have allways used "Player Attack move", but i just cant get it to work. Is it just a me problem or does it only work with "Player Attack Move Click"? Thx:)

I dont get that headshot reset. is this only working when passive headshot is up or all the time just with a aa reset basically? but how to do this rest, what exectly is the mentioned attack move and is it only possible with it? anyways great vid :d i certainly felt like a very bad cait watching it lul
Well, we called it machine gun caitlyn And seeing saber do it every day is just... you get the idea. Before the changes, it’s even more crazy tho And to be clear, this is EXTREMELY HARD

Can anyone suggest good keybinds in general (like what I should bind them to)? Also, attack champions only keybind works with the headshot reset as well! So if you like placing traps behind turret this will help, but it's very tricky when the champions are clumped together.
@@jaspervermeer659 yeah but to do what you're asking they'd have to make caitlyn's trap 'camouflaged' like nidalee's and I don't think you want an invisible 2 second root lying around your lane. is her trap the only part of her kit that bothers you? genuinely curious
There are simply to many variations of her combs you can do, even still after her headshot reset "nerf". Also Whats missing in the Vid are Teamfights examples of comss that might work. But yeah im donw for the players to explore and create ther own unicy caitlyn playstyle ;)
This must be one of the most gutted champion in the history of league... hurricane headshot interaction: removed, auto headshot resets: removed, base attack speed gutted, trap duration: gutted... the only thing she's good at is early game lane control but it also depends on the enemy lanners... mid game she's not a champion... late game?! does this even exist in game? The only way to go around all this is build her with assassin items... but I guess rito someday will make something so this items don't work as effective as with other champs........
