Hello everyone, this right here is the perfect banana cake recipe you'll get out there. Such a basic cake but filled with so much flavor. Use your overripe bananas for great results. I hope you enjoyyyy!
Ingredients:
2 over ripe bananas
3/4cup sugar
1/4cup plain yoghurt
1/4cup milk
1/2cup vegetable oil
2eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
1-1/2cups all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/2tsp salt

Dear Phil... I baked this cake for the 2nd time today.. And I have to admit, it's the best!! Today I replaced the white sugar with jaggery powder. And still it was so good.. Thank you for the wonderful recipe❤ Keep it coming..

I love banana cakes and made this recipe today, my honest review is that the cake was a little eggy in taste and needed more banana. Overall there are better banana cake recipes out there.
