Cupcake on boiled condensed milk with raisins and walnuts
boiled condensed milk - 370 g
butter - 100 g
eggs - 2 pieces
wheat flour - 170 g (+/-)
baking powder - 10 g
vanillin - 1.5 g
raisins - 100 g
walnuts - 100 g
1. beat cold eggs with a mixer at high speed for about 2 minutes, until white foam
2. add boiled condensed milk and beat again
3. continuing to beat, add the melted butter
4. in a separate container, mix wheat flour, baking powder and vanillin
5. add the dry mixture to the liquid in parts, stirring each time, this is necessary in order not to overdo it with flour, since flour may need a little more or less than the specified amount
6. then add the raisins and walnuts and mix well
7. grease the mold with butter, lay out the dough, smooth it out, tap the mold a little on the surface of the countertop so that the dough is evenly distributed in the mold, the size of my mold is 22 × 10cm
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C °. readiness to check with a wooden stick or toothpick, it took me 1 hour to bake (the cooking time may differ from mine, depending on your oven)
