My cakes are already moist and for some reason they just stay that way (if not become even more moist) if you let them come back to room temp while still wrapped. I know I’ve seen people use simple syrup on their slices to keep them moist as well.
It depends on your recipes. I would follow the freezer life for that. And yes, they freeze well if wrapped properly and well. I do plastic wrap and foil.
What size slices are those I would like that size for my wedding . I'll be attempting to make my own wedding cake which is also my first time making any cake let alone. A wedding cake lol . I want a three-tier Wedding cake to feed 40 people small wedding . But I want this size slices of the wedding cake sizes be extra small even smaller than this so I don't really want to use them as a guy but I wouldn't mind using these . What size cake pans should I use and should I double or the cakes per tier? I like the but I was interested in round cakes.
