1 +1/2 cup (188g) flour 1teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup (115g) softened unsalted butter 1/2 cup (100g) caster/granulated sugar 3 room temp eggs 5drops lemon essence OR 1teaspoon lemon zest 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 2 tablespoon milk 4 tablespoons tutti fruiti 7-8 glace cherries cut into 4 2 tablespoons raisins
