Cakra is already an established singer and, famous in Indonesia and Malaysia at least. Agt only helps him to get more famous, even if he doesn't win. Which I think is good, considering the winner's contract can be limiting and binding.

Beautiful song. I lost my dad when I was 29 and my mom is slowly on her way out with Alzheimer’s. She just turned 90. She hasn’t spoken my name for at least 4 years and doesn’t recognize me when I go see her. IF you had great parents you were very blessed. Give them grace and enjoy them while you can. 🩵🩵
Beautiful song. It brought tears to my eyes and memories of saying goodbye to my mum came flooding back. I like the sound of vocal fry here and there in a song, but not particularly throughout the whole song. No insult intended, his voice is beautiful and powerful, it’s just my preference.
His voice reminds me a bit of the singer who did "christmas shoes" even some of the musical notes grouping. Frank, if haven't heard iam tongi, last seasons american idol winner, rendition of monsters, please do.💙💙 The 17 yr old then now 18, brought me to tears during his audition then again during the finale with james blunt in a duet & once again i was a mess (the finale duet was epic). Iam's dad rodney taught & shared music with iam at a young age. His dad passed away a few months prior to audition. Iam's entire journey is on his own channel from a young age to current & american idol global has all his songs during season in a mixer. Duets, groups or solo, the kid is amazing!!

Will add to my above, iam broke down during the duet with james blunt, despite a little hiccup getting back into the song, iam managed to get back into the song perfectly. That much emotion is difficult to do without alot of off key notes to follow (experienced when singing i come to the garden alone at my grandfathers funeral service. The kiddo is such a kind, humble & caring young man. In the decades of watching american idol, he was the first contestant i saw who was there to compete yes, but had genuine care & rooting for his "friends" not just his fellow contestants. A poignant fact noticed during his talk with mentor adam lambert. His song choices were all picked for a reason, it was like listening to his & his family's life story as each song had meaning. 💙💙
