@@susanna552 My 6th month old female cockatiel sings and talks to some degree. In fact, she does fairly well mimicing this song after a few weeks of listening (She loves it). I was under the impression that females can sing but typically do not.
@@susanna552 The breeder we purchased her from raises several types of birds. She was adamant that we should get a female since our other rescue cockatiel is a 15 year old female and mating would likely be harmful. Sure, a mistake could have been made but doubtful, the younger cockatiel has all the physical traits of a female but is vocal and will sing some. She acts female otherwise. I’m not an expert myself though.
Whaooo, it's so amazing and welldone. While I'm planning to bring an african grey parrot in the house, this one is attracting me too through this perfect video. Both of them are interesting and welcome.
I tried teaching this song to our female African Grey named Cookiette because it's similar to her name and she loves talking and now my whole family loves this
