Never! They are constantly making it and then hanging the new ones up to age and dry. How long they hang and how it is seasoned determines what they taste like. It’s like a pork science and the guys in there are professors. 🌈❤️🌈❤️
They keep the doors closed and it is very temperature controlled in the extreme. We have been inside so many times and can’t recall seeing even one. 🪰❌ 😂
