i feel like the summon couldve gotten more damage added to it because the rest of the weapons do more than 10x the damage of a fully upgraded slime cane set of summons, while the slime cane basically does so pitifully.
This looks insane, but i think the weapons are a bit unbalanced. I mean the scyth dealing ~120.000 dbs while the summon only does 7000? Seems a little off
I know this video is about the Calamity mod, but the EBF music playing in the latter half just really hit me in the nostalgia, to the point of getting distracted.
I’m surprised you didn’t show some of goozma’s cooler attacks. In phase 1 there’s an attack that the hallowed paladin uses where you have to push a ball of light away from the slime in order to avoid getting one-shotted by an explosion. And the astral paladin also has this black hole attack where it sucks in meteors, and if you touch the slime while it’s a black hole, you instantly die
Idk something about the design methodology behind these absurd bullet hell terraria bosses just like doesn’t interest me. Like the novelty is gone and now I’m just like “wow I’d love to fight this in a game that is not terraria!”
Isn't slime God's lore states that if it combined with every other slime on the planet it would become nearly unstoppable. I believe that GOOZMA is the result of that happening
I can imagine that this boss' existence is based on that idea. I'd be truly shocked if it somehow wasn't. Though I suppose if it was meant to be lore accurate, this boss would be impossible to defeat in the most literal sense possible; essentially a Calamity version of Echdeath.
