Chicago got hella r&b singers (female) like Ann Marie, Tink, Sonta and some guys and of course a gang of rappers both male and female and it’s not just strictly “drill”.

I named 3 because I personally listen to them but it’s definitely more along with female rappers from Chicago. You can easily do the same research.
