A few things I am doing for myself in addition to some of the good suggestions below - 1) Daily lemon water. There are pubmed docs that discuss how that assists in breaking down calcifications (from oxalate & other) in the body. 2) Reduced oxalate diet (reduces calcifications in the body created by oxalate). and 3) Sauna / Niacin protocol to remove heavy metals. This protocol is widely used to pull heavy metals from the body by military, drug rehab protocols, emergency heavy metal exposures etc.

In America at least, all of our food, even “organic”, has high cadmium levels in it. It’s in the soil. There’s no getting around it. Also, most of our food-vegetables and fruit (if you buy it at the store) has been sprayed with who knows what. So that’s a little hard to avoid unless you grow your own food. That being said, I have no idea what my pineal gland looks like but I’ve had a knowing and intuitive/psychic abilities since I was tiny and that’s never changed, and I see visually and have things happen every single day, all day, synchronicities. Harvested from my gardens this week. Radicchio, okra, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucs, melon, mint, hoja santa, beans, swiss chard, eggplant, winter squash harvested last month but good for months ahead, carrot. More variety than this. Unless your going to move to a fresh river stream then you have no choice to drink tap water. Bottled water might have no fluoride but instead has plastic that reduce male testosterone which cause many problems. You cant even drink rain water apparently.

And I think that the most important thing we ALL need to know and understand is that we ALL have our own personal direct line to God no middlemen like popes, priests, pastors and churches etc etc…. all you need is Him and He will listen, He will answer, He will heal your spirit which then will heal your body and protect you. The pineal gland has rods and cones like the two front eyes. When we need to visualize or display a video of something the brain uses the pineal gland to accomplish this operation-no mumbo jumbo. I read it has crystals so maybe the crystals act as an antenna, crystals have a frequency so maybe the brain uses electrical means to fulfill the task. When the crystals get calcified it interferes with transmission and you can't visualize or think properly.

They must never know that color is an illusion, they must always think they are not equal. Drop by drop, drop by drop we will advance our goal. I mentioned the minds eye and said I opened My 3rd eye and His face said it all, It was like I could hear his thoughts "Your not supposed to do that, its mine" was what I thought. Allot of these doctors are fully aware of the minds eye, and they definitely don't want the average person using it. Interesting that when ever doctors took notes of what I said, they removed any time I mentioned the 3rd eye.

While I know the importance of the pineal gland and the concerted effort to hamper its functionality, Santos Bonacci isn't someone I'd be referencing as if he's some guru or spiritual leader. He might have his information right on the pineal gland, but even a broken clock is right twice a day. His other ideas range from unsubstantiated to outright invalidated completely, but people who are newly awakened and therefore currently lack enough understanding to spot bad information might be misled if they assume this dude knows what he's talking about. People who are awakened or enlightened generally possess accurate knowledge about the world around them. When they lack knowledge of something, they're generally keenly aware of their ignorance. They are also constantly looking to improve and become more informed, thus they take in information and consider it regardless of whether or not it conflicts with their current beliefs. Enlightenment, guidance, or sound advice won't be found in someone who believes the Earth is flat and who espouses half-baked theories about natural processes, most of which arose from massive misunderstandings about the English language and linguistics in general. He's also completely confused about the history and provenance of the Bible. So I just felt people should be warned: Be wary of _anything_ Santos says and do your due diligence. If you blindly accept the drivel he spouts, you may end up as lost as he is. Choosing to question everything is just the first step of emerging from Plato's cave. You have to think for y yourself, not just find a new dictator for your thoughts. And thinking for yourself doesn't mean making up whatever explanations you want. It means doing the work to gather the information that allows you to make an informed, unadulterated decision.

More to the point, God didn't say anything, some man wrote stuff down that he said happened. And it wasn't in English, so anytime you get hung up on the way something is worded in your Bible you're just hung up on the way the people in charge of translating THAT version chose to word it. Because translating from one language to another is not just translating 1 word at a time, ESPECIALLY when you're translating from an ancient language that doesn't share a common origin with English. In other words, a language that isn't Indo-European. Depending on the book, the Bible was translated from mostly Aramaic and Greek texts, generally Aramaic for the Old Testament and Greek for the New. The differences in languages can be enormous. I'm assuming you read the KJV. Well, guess what? It's not "the original," either. It's not even the real King James Version, it's the New King James Version which has been modernized because most people would struggle to read the original, which came out in 1611. Furthermore, the Bible as you know it isn't even something the men who wrote the books of the Bible had anything to do with. A committee of men, at the behest of the Roman Empire, sat down and arbitrarily decided which Jewish and Christian texts would make up the "official" scriptures. They excluded anything they disagreed with. If you wanna base so much of your life and opinions on what The Bible says, it might be a good idea to educate yourself on the topic.

Vibration runs on batteries,and dont try to run with one inside you. It could fall out on the ground and break and then you'd have no vibration. Yes, if you do Pranayama, Qi Gong, and feel love instead of lust, because the latter makes you stay in the lower chakra's, you will be able to transmute that energy higher. I can literally feel this energy crawl over my spine and it does feel like a snake going towards the upper chakra's.

If you look on RU-vid, you can find ambient type music that is claimed to be an awakening for the pineal gland. I think most of it is b/s. I like the singing bowls..I don't know if it actually helps the pineal gland, but it is very pleasant to listen to. There has to be an actual way to improve, decalcify the pineal gland .
