Hello Doc Gary. Sana po ma I feature at ma explain nyo din sa amin ang benefits at side effects NG pag inum NG mga SUPER GREENS mixed veggies powder drinks at mga protein powder drinks. Sa tulad ko pong hndi halos makakain NG GULAY naisip ko po kc na uminom NG super greens 3 times a week para lng masapatan ang nutrition na need NG katawan ko. Hello doc! Very well said doc thanks! I am 69 y/o, have osteoporosis and have been taking medications like Actonel before but since 2017 I’ve been taking Allendronate. Every year I have bone density but still I have osteopororis and my primary doctor told me to stop taking them since last Jan, 2022 for it’s been 5 yrs of me taking them. So she recommends me to take Calcium supp but it upsets my stomach cause I have acid reflux so I stop taking it too. Recently I had fracture on my left leg while walking never tripped or fall. I had surgery currently “nagpapagaling” sa bahay. It’s my first week home after surgery. Visiting nurses and PT visit me twice a week so far! It is very painful po doc. Anyway thank you so much for all your advices! Cheers from las vegas!
