parathyroidectomy I an on Dialysis for 10.5 years. My PTH is 1288... I need that sergery. Will 1,2,3 or 3 1/2 of my parathyroid glands need to be removed. Share your experience so that i can be benifited.

I have all my tests in: urine calcium, Dexa, 2 vit D25 levels and 5 serum calcium levels and 1 ionized Ca level entered. The needle went all the way to the red. My doctor hasn't given me my final results yet of my recent labs as he is out of the country right now. How accurate is this app? Should I be worried?
