Calculate Limit of Detection (LoD) and Limit of Quantification (LoQ) 

before the calculation, you have to convert all value to the same unit. sometime the LOD value is not in the range of measurement. it's is influenced by the deviation value during the fitting process

@poojakr3736 Regarding units, you have to convert units on the x-axis. Make sure the units used are the same. The units of LoD and LoQ are the same as the units on the x axis that have been converted
