Calculate Minutes Late (also if with Grace Period) 

Hi, Christian, this solution in the video is only to deduct lates. If you need to deduct lunch time, you can less 60 minutes from the result. It is best to have another column do this because: what if the employee arrived 11AM? Will the person take lunch time still? Consider that as well

If your company deducts for every minute late, calculate the per minute salary of the person then multiply to the minutes late. Per minute salary is Daily Salary Rate / Number of Working Hours per Day / 60.

Hi, you check with your policy. But generally, this is a simple math problem you are asking. If I came to work 9 out of 10 days-- how do you calculate the percentage then?

VALUE means the data you are using is not the correct data type. Maybe it is being read as text when what you need is a number (for date/time)
