Calculating Soil Bulk Density

I have a question. I am calculating the bulk density of a greenhoouse soil including cocopeat and perlit. My bulk density is calculated and it is 0.31 gr/cm3. Is it ok for a very light soil?

is that 150g of wet or died soil?

Does have the soil fill up the whole area of the cylinder?

How did you get 150 g in the first place?
