hope you enjoyed the video and learn something, thank you for watching, and Here is the link for downloading EXCEL file : . mega.nz/file/F... SONG USED IN BACKGROUND : Sever the Ties (feat. Esther Sparkes) - Single Arman Cekin
Where did the 160 come from. It can't just appear How do you find pcd on a blank space with a Dia of 200 and inner 100 and hole Dia 3 and number of holes 6. How can you tell how far away from the outer diameter to place the 1st hole?
You can use the radius to the outside diameter... for example OD is 200 radius is 100 obviously.. you need your PCD to be on 80 so you just need to substact 20 of the OD.. I'm presuming you are talking about parts being made on a lathe etc..
MechTechStation yeah..that is what i m asking..if R is not given then it is not poosible to calculate H.. You can not decide the position of PCD or holes arbitrary. am I correct and clear.?
Video is good but music is too disturbing and irrelevant. Can you please advise how to calculate distance between corner to corner of two adjacent nuts on the PCD???
If you want to calculate the distance bet. Corners of a nut then its always 2D, here D is diameter of bolt, this you can simply see from any mechanical engg. drawing book, all calculations for nut, bolt and rivets is given.
While the information was very good and I'm sure informative, I was not able to follow along. No disrespect but that music or noise whatever it was, was far too distracting for me, just an FYI. I would love to hear you talk through everything and explain. Makes for a much more valuable archive in my opinion
Joe West I m glad to hear you, i ll try to have another video with my voice. And And if you have any topic, pls let me know, i ll gather out info and research and will make video for that. keep learning.
If you remember me please send me a link if you ever make that video I'm new to Machining I'm trying to duplicate an adapter plate on my leg to fit a 4 jaw Chuck I also have a small Mill in a rotary cable but I'm not about to use transfer punches to figure out where are these both holes are supposed to go to match the existing adapter I just don't know enough to know the proper way to do it thank you
mahesh gaikwad lets take same pcd.. =160mm no of holes =3 H = sin@ x PCD @ = angle btw two / 2 @ = 120*/2 = 60* so, H = sin60* x 160 = 0.8660 x 160 =138.56 mm
