Caldari Navy Hookbill takes on Tier 3 Abyss + 200M GIVEAWAY!

i think you should have killed thunderchild first in tier 3, he start half hull, no armor and almost no shield and marshal start with full shields. Your DPS in frigate is always horrible, so when presented with ships that have simmilar DPS and one is already in structure, finish that one first. That means always go thunderchild first in frigate if you arent threatened by frigate spawns. By the time you have kille Marshal, Thunderchild regenerated to triple HP it began with (it have almost as much shield HP as armor and hull combined and strongest resists are on shield too), while marshals that start on full shield dont have armor rep to benefit from living longer (at least i dont think they have and even if they sometimes had armor rep they would gain less from repairs, less HP in armor and quite low resists). I think that room was actually doable. Anyway, it was a nice run :)

Navy frig.... hmmm. I think a Slicer would be fun. Pirate the Succubus could also be fun.

hi, just building a hookbill.... how did u reach 17kms of range for the rage rockets? :-o even with rigs and most skills 4/5 i´m only on 12km....

Great video and I like the idea of testing to failure, I have tried dual boxing Hookbills to T2 Dark with a cheap fit, some success until I bump into a rock or hit speed cloud, I wouldn’t trust myself manual flying with a MWD though.

Hoookbill is underused for it's price. For 30m frig t1 easy

Cool video! I've been using the hookbill to do T1 exotics so it was cool to see how far the ship could be pushed. I echo everyone else recommending slicer.

Capacitor recharge rate, in Gigajoules per second, is based on the capacitor's capacity, the current capacitor charge, and its recharge time. Your capacitor will recharge faster the closer you are to 25% of your maximum. The recharge rate drops of very quickly once you go below this.

You should try the navy comet for the laughs, just fit it for brawling and go ham. IGN EsotericRahl

Nice try at the T3. I wouldn't mind seeing the other missile faction frig. A blinged out Vigil Fleet making a run at some abyss could be fun. Admittedly, a little harder to deal with range than the hookbill. Then again, probably still easier than most Blaster or Autocannon ships.
