Respect to Plant for putting on a clinic against Canelo. That fight is the only fight since Floyd that showed he's definitely hittable. He just got caught by a perfectly timed punch by Canelo shout-out to him. Can't wait to see this one! Let's go!

This reminds me of Canelo vs GGG 3 age gap. We have Plant at 30 at his physical prime going up against a38 year old boxer on the physical decline with years of wear and tear from training camps and boxing. I'm going for youth this time around.

At their best Dirrel and Plant are very similar. Both talented boxers with similar temperaments and w/o much power. But as other comments have mentioned, Plant is the younger much fresher fighter and Dirrel is on his last legs. Dirrel has alot of wear and tear and has been in tough battles his last couple of fights. Plant should beat the almost 40 Dirrel.

@@payton2297 u mean last year in 2021 against Marcus Hernandez? Yeah that was a nasty counter right uppercut. Nonetheless he is not considered a puncher, more of a technician. I doubt he has enough left in his fast ball to ko Plant but we’ll eventually find out.

I would love to watch the whole heavy bag sessiom and see if he really is working on his power shots. He has no power, period. That's why he ain't getting no respect from the elites dont get me wrong he is really a good technical boxer and I love sweet science but I would love to see him work more on his power

Dirrell is about to take this L because he's past his prime and Caleb is very good...but ain't no way in hell Plant is stopping Anthony Dirrell. People act like Plant was beating Canelo up before Canelo stopped him. Plant won maybe 3 rounds but never hit Canelo with a solid punch. David eats this guy up. Charlo is a fair fight.
