They seems to have two versions of the ride: The "Friendly" Version and the Real Version. I consider this the Real Version

I liked it better before they added the kids and pink fairy/witch storyline when it was just the miners mining candy and singing the Big Rock Candy Mountain song.

I thought it was a family friendly attraction until 4:21-5:20

I'm really sorry, I really really hate to say this, but this is the worst attraction in the history of Knott's Scary Farm, This is the most sick, twisted and disturbing attraction from Knott's I've seen in my whole ever, and I do Knott (no pun intended) mean it in a good way, I mean it in a not so good, messed up way, this is horrific even for Knott's Scary Farm standards, because of how disturbing it is, and not just because of the ride itself, but because there are two versions, and both of them are almost exactly the same, it's just ones all whimsical, fairy tale esque, innocent and normal, while the Knotts Scary Farm version is nearly identical to the kid friendly version, it they've a sinister twist on it by having The Pink Fairy reveal herself to be an evil, hideous monster, who is kinda like The Green Witch and is not that much different from her, almost the same kind of character, just more heinous, because she disguises herself as some cute and adorable, as opposed to The Green Witch obviously being enamored of the bad guy of The Wizard Of Oz, or the villain from Hansel and Gretel, who is actually luring innocent, curious and impressionable children into the mine to their fates, and the fact that she turns the mine into delicious candy is just a fucking trick so kids can waltz into the mine, only to be fucking murdered, so not only that's fucking evil, and that makes the pink fairy a liar, a habitual liar, and a fraud, but the fact she's bribing those poor kids with candy, and luring them into mine, only to never be seen again, possibly brutally murdered, obviously makes her an offensive representation of a child molester, a predator or even a pedophile, child abduction and sexual assault against children is a very serious issue, and the fact that the attraction is sugar coated, and not just literally, because of the fact that the mine has been turned into candy, but metaphorically, so it looks like a kid friendly attraction that's seemingly perfect for Knott's Spooky Farm, with a storyline that's almost the same, it's just The Pink Fairy is a nice, kind hearted creature, and let's the kids go home taking the candy with them, sparing their lives, when in the Knotts Scary Farm version, she's an evil entity in disguise, who just lures children into the mine and literally kills them, that's more than just scary, it's mean-spirited, cruel, unholy, satanic, somewhat evil, even for Knott's Scary Farm standards, because it's obviously manipulating families and their children along with their innocence with them, Knotts has gone way too far, it's the most disturbing and disgusting thing since the old Slaughterhouse maze because of how much violence there was and there was a scene with victim, who should be dead because he's a melting skeleton, but not only he's still moving, but he's also crying for help, as if he's still alive even though he shouldn't be because he's basically a skeleton, a literal skeleton, 0% meat, just 100%bones, with a cherry red skull on top, believe me, I've seen it, and it not only disturbed me, but also traumatized me when I was a teenager, but that is babystuff compared to this, can any of you Knott's Scary Farm fans, (and a few monsters who worked at the event 👹) who are good people in real life, see that they're messing with Children's innocence, and fucking with the adult guests heads, it's like Knotts thinks that kids are stupid, and the adults who go to scary farm don't any better neither, no offense, it's just kids may easily be fooled, but they're not stupid, while adults are still just as innocent and impressionable as the children, but again, they're not stupid too, doesn't anyone see how messed up this is and that this is a bad idea, what were the people behind KSF thinking, they must've been messing with them drugs ain't they, they're obviously on crack, all of them, they were either high on crack or some other bad substance when they thought it up, or one of them has mental problems and that person's also retarded too, I mean seriously, what kind of sick thought that up, I mean, he can't be just a psychopath and a murderer, but he's probably also a rapist and a pedophile, doing an attraction at knotts for their Halloween event, with virtually the same story, plot and imagery, it's just one version is dark, scary and gruesome, with the same actress as the fairy/monster in the ride, where in one version, she's an innocent friendly being, but in the other, she's a hideous, child murdering ghoul, and the kid friendly version happens in the day, while the scary ass horror version happens at night, is not a good idea at all, it's not even a bad idea, actually, it's a horrible idea, it's not only scary, but also so disturbing, it makes the most scariest, disturbing and extremely gory mazes at knotts look tame, maybe even wholesome and family friendly by comparison, and the fact that it's family friendly by day, scary and adult themed by night, it makes think canonically, The Pink Fairy is an innocent fairy who's been cursed at night, (by most likely The Green Witch herself) into turning a evil being who kills children, even though she's helping them and making them happy, or maybe The Green Witch herself cursed the entire ride, so kids would be fooled. While the adults will be scared, maybe The Pink Fairy has a split personality disorder, and the ride itself could represent her Bipolar disorder, or even a mental breakdown, or maybe The Pink Fairy is actually a demon, or succubus, or an evil shapeshifter, she's just simply disguised as a fairy, to lead children to their doom, I could be wrong, but those are just my theories, so yes I could be wrong and if you say so, I should be mad, but they're just my theories, so they're probably B.S. it's just this attraction is the worst, not because it's terrible, like not scary, in fact it's beyond scary, it's the worst because it's disturbing because it's messing with people's innocence and mental state, I'm probably people, and some children have gone through both versions or the scary version, believing they're insane and this is all just one big hallucination, but it's not, that's what both actually happened, and not only. that, the attraction and the way it is, is too weird, weirder than Santa's Slay Ride, Toon Territory, Terror Vision, the Alice in Wonderland maze, Hatchet High, or even The Dead Of Night, which was actually based on the Disney Princess movie Frozen, back in 2012 or something, and other than all that, this is reminds me a lot of the Halloween Horror Nights maze, Maximum Carnage, back in Islands Of Fear, at IOA Horror Nights in 2002, which was based on Spider-Man, where Carnage killed all of the Marvel Superheroes, such as Spider-man getting his head cut off, Wolverine's arms are torn off, Captain America is all bloodied, and I even some bloke stole Iron Man's helmet and other stuff, and it's actually true, it's an actual maze at Horror Nights back in 2002 in Orlando, and it even says so on the horror nights wikia, so it actually happened, and a similar thing is happening at Knotts, also, this is also fucking offensive, because of the way that it's done and it's also insensitive to those who are triggered by any depiction of child abuse, or other disturbing themes or imagery, and it's toying with people's innocence, emotions, sanity, and even ignorance, which is also what makes it offensive, and how overall upsetting it is, which is what also makes it offensive, and the fact that it's obviously trolling everyone is also what makes it offensive, I'm sorry if I'm gonna sound like a Karen, or even a Killjoy, but Knotts Berry Farm, Knotts Scary Farm, or anyone involved with it, for the love of god and all that is good and holy, please cancel this maze next year, and make sure it doesn't come back for Knott's Scary Farm 2024, just never do it again, just like that Carnage maze at horror nights, it's just gonna ruin Knotts Scary Farm itself and create a pr nightmare, get your shit together, and just do something that's not only still pretty scary, but it's just not disturbing, or too weird, or offensive in regrads to people's innocence,emotions, sanity or even their ignorance, or something too upsetting which is also makes it offensive, or something that's basically trolling everyone, that's also what makes it offensive, just something normal but still scary and even gory, I'm sorry, but it's for your own good, besides, unlike a Karen, the reason why I'm very upset by this is actually justifiable, no offense.
