California Angels vs Milwaukee Brewers 05-14-1971 - Super 8 

Thanks for posting this. I went to see Angels games with my mother during this period. I was about 10 or 11. This is a good way to remember her.

Loved going to Anaheim stadium from 1966-1980. Moved to Indiana in Aug. 1980.

The stadium was much more attractive back then before the Rams moved to Anaheim in 1980.

Yes Stadium was RUINED by the L.A. Rams who turned around and moved anyway.You would have thought when they did renovation they would have put the BIg A.... Back.

Awesome memory. I saw a few games there that year. The Big A scoreboard is my favorate thing the I have ever seen in a ballpark. Too bad they scraped for the Rams.

The lower case 'a' uniforms were classic, and the Brewers were, seemingly, still wearing their 'hand-me-down' road uniforms from the Pilots days (the gold lettering and the four gold stripes on the sleeves)...

Brewers won that game 4-1.

I saw a game there in 1977, and I remember sitting in left field. Was this stadium expanded at some point?
