Do you have any videos about legal threats? There's a person saying to me I'm violating MY restraining order and she'll send the police to my house to arrest me. I never made any threats to her in any way and I was never served with any papers. I believe she's trying to intimidate me and cause me fear. How can I protect myself from this person?
I got a question regarding vague threats. My brother likes chatting with family, eventually conversation turned to covid. The other family member (perpetrator) made a threat saying its open season over a conversation on vaccination because he thought my brother is a conservative. is there anything that can be done if it happens again? Because this is the first time I seen my brother shaken over anything. This happened in California.
@Secret Lunar Lab I think you have a big typo. I don't understand what you mean on switching, switching what? Also never said anything on taking government vaccines. I find it funny that lots of people like talking politics but when they hear something they don't like they resort to violence. That was the whole point in my question. There is free speech, then there are threats of violence which is not protected. What do i expect I cant even get an answer on Avvo to this specific issue.
What about when city mayor and city council have someone verbally threaten mine and my wife's lives for protesting them stealing our home of 18years they took our home because it's commercial residential property at least it was until they illegally rezoned it ehind our back to city commercial
