Anyone who has the death penalty on the table isn’t the best person breathing right now. They obviously played a part in crime and got caught but after 5 years if they are absolutely proven to be guilty and can prove it, their time should be up. Why have someone in a box for decades AND have tax payers pay for that? Oh so they can have wardens, COs, etc. and make money from the inmates.

Phasing out capital punishment is like leaving the door on a hungry angry lion's cage wide open. The worst problem with capital punishment is that they take less than 2 days to carry it out.

So they are transferring these death row inmates, to other prisons so they can work off their debt? Am I understanding that right? What are the wages like in prison?

I was always told that when someone gets sentenced to death, they are considered the worst of the worse. I'm not sure how they are going to act and behave within the general population. Oh boy! I'm sure we will see in the next few weeks and/or months to come. 😳🙄

San Quentin Prison has to split up, County Jail Temporary Units, From State Prison Temporary Units and Federal Prison Temporary Units. San Quentin Prison has all 3 , Jail, State Prison and Federal Prison in 1 san Quentin Prison. For federal Prison you need "Plastic weight Bars and Plastic bench Pressing machines" State Prison you need "Metal Weight Bars and Metal Bench Pressing Machines , For County jail you need have Dip Bars and Pull up Bars . San Quentin has to spilt San Quentin Prison up in three ways . Even though their is a "OPEN No PRIVACY" Policy , San Quentin Prison still has to make SINGLE MAN SHOWERS for all 3 SIDES in 1 San Quentin Prison. The (Secert) Hom0 Males Cant Lift weights or eat MEAT , Thats where the medical cost comes from. Heter0 Males can Lift weights and eat MEAT without problems . San Quentin Prison have to make 3 different sides , County Jail, State Prison, and Federal Prison in 1 san Quentin Prison. Also TV'S and cable goes in every Prison especially san Quentin Prison. Prisonguards gets paid from people Doing Prison time , If there aren't individuals in Prison custody then there's no money for Prisonguards. The individuals in Prison custody from being in Prison are paid for by the state for being their . So Prison is a Business thing not a Punishment thing.
