California Gov. Gavin Newsom's two-year-old son steals spotlight at inauguration 

Gavin Newsom was sworn in as California's 40th governor on Monday, but it was his two-year-old son Dutch who stole the show during the inauguration speech by wandering on stage, drawing laughter from the crowd until Newsom's wife finally managed to take him off.
