I simultaneously love that California Grill changes the menu so often, but also hate that I now have to worry that those options will have disappeared before my next trip!!

Fantastic review. Beautiful vegan dishes. This seems like the best plant-based menu they've had in years. Though I think they could take a page from Takumi-Tei's separate pricing for the plant-based experience. It's funny to be expected to pay as much for squash as AAA ahi tuna.
That would be nice. CA Grill used to have an issue of people holding tables for the fireworks and not ordering a lot of food. The pre-fixe is supposed to help with that. But that doesn't mean they have to be the same price. Maybe more people would be willing to try plant-based if the food was $20 cheaper or something.
