I'm trying to get out dove hunting this year again solo and I used to hunt private land and no longer have access. Do you know of any places within an hour or 2 of the Bay Area where I could walk on and shoot some doves that I wouldn't have to draw for?
Not sure where in the Bay you are but you can look up type C areas on DFG's website and many of the type A refuges let people walk on to dove hunt -- most only require a drawing for opener
