Thank you. I couldn't find my book "Real Estate Principles", so I just listened to your videos - all 15 chapters - for two weeks. After that, I went over a whole bunch of practice exam questions for another two weeks. Then today, I passed the DRE exam.
I passed my exam this week thanks to this audio. I tried to study for the exam for over a year and I couldn't get mentally understand until I spent countless hours listening to audios and this one was by far the easiest to understand and the best study tool that helped me pass the exam.

I love that I found this but the volume is a serious issue. I have to max out the volume to hear the instruction, then an ad comes on and blows out my ears.
This is great! I’m currently doing the online course and it’s pretty boring. I’m a huge fan of audiobooks and this is as close to a audiobook version of the CA text that i can find. Thanks for sharing this!

The only complaint I have about these videos is the quality of sound! It’s too low! I have to volume to max on my device but still not in a comfortable range to listen ..!

I am not understanding caveat emptor when you say it does not apply. As you were describing how it does not apply, you then concluded that the seller must notify the buyer of everything he knows is wrong with the home. I am confused and I need clarification on the applications of the term. example: If I sell the home without disclosing a leaky roof, and then the buyer discovers the leak, can I get sued? And what if in the court I say I had no idea. Is this what you mean? (Not that I would do this)
Does the information within these series track the standard CA Real Estate State Exam prep textbooks? I'm assuming it does, however it doesn't seem to coincide with the textbooks?
There is no "standard" Ca Real Estate textbook. There are at least a dozen real estate textbooks for Principles in California. These vids are tied to the respective edition of ours.
@chris duhanci yes these are very relevant and helpful. I signed up for Real estate Express, which I completely regret after finding these videos. I didn’t know any better when I started the courses. I just did the chapters in my course and I’ve watched every one of these courses and these help get the information to stick.

Honest question. Can I get my license with you guys? Or I need a broker sponsor to get it ? Like can I get my license just by studying with you or need let’s say century 21 in order to actually get my license? Because I wanna study with you but also be able to choose where to “apply” hope I explained myself.

Dose anyone believe this is successful enough to pass the first out of 3 exams ? I believe so but I am looking for opinions because I took the test for the first time twice already and am looking for a new approach to study, I feel low key miserable but trying to keep it pushing
