I love watching Kancey coach Diaby. He is a natural leader. Those two guys are going to be fixtures on this team for a long time.

I watch him a lot at the stadium during games, and he has freakish quickness and speed but as you saw here, he needs to get a lot stronger to take on big boy NFL guards and centers on the single blocks without getting pushed around and work on shedding blocks and splitting double teams for next season. A full offseason in the team's strength and condition program will help him tremendously and the rest is coachable. So, the upside could be exceptional.

He's being held on almost every single play, and double teamed on half of them. Pretty sure we got a DUDE in Kancey lol Even better than the immediate impact he's making as a rookie, almost unheard of for 1st year Defensive Tackles, he's already trying to help his teammates like he's a vet. All we need is someone who can consistently rush from the edge and beat a single blocker, with Vea & Kancey soaking up 3 OL between em. Hope it's Diaby, dude also looks like a real one, he just needs to be on the field more. JTS is seeming more and more like a wasted 1st Round pick, for a guy who's a back-up, rotational pass rusher :/ Hall isn't lookin much better and Shaq, for as great as he's been, is definitely starting to look his age.

Yeah it was nice he was mic’d up, but he’s still a rookie and he played like a rookie. Each time his pads were high he got owned. He had better downs when he stayed low and used his speed.
