Once frail and whiny, Calimero is now no longer afraid to take his future into his own hands. Aggressive, brave and donning his cracked half eggshell on his head, the little black chick can always count on Valeriano, Priscilla and Pierrot, his loyal friends. With them he discovers the amazing inventions in the workshop under the Mill that belonged to his great-great-grandfather Do Vinci the inventor.
In this episode, Calimero and friends have to take a road test when Hop causes Pierrot to have an accident with his go-kart. But Dina the squirrel cheats so that Hop can pass the test and the others will fail. Calimero comes up with a plan to reveal Hop and Dina's deception.
