I love have Caliph as ally. Not as offensive or defensive partners.. but as commentators for everything you've done for the alliance never right even if you win us the game 😂😂
If you're ever having a bad day, set the Caliph and/or the Sheriff as allies, and repeatedly burn their castles down. It's not like they don't deserve it.
@@RadioactiveSherbet Yep just ask your mangonels to target their keep. And watch their castle get chipped and destroued. I would suggest add around 10 mangonels
Hey man i have an idea, what if you role play the game as one of the character? Let's say you play as rat, which means : 1. Your castle must be rat's style 2. Only use buildings that rat use 3. Only use armies that rat use Or you can roleplay as caliph for easier level, I think it's interesting how player adopt an A.I game style but still win (hopefully).
Playing as rat is totally fine, also you can just use buildings and siege he uses, just like low walls, tower 2/3 a well and catapults (and ofc bows and spears)

Seems like they mistranslated this message in the German version, mistaking the "well" for a "we'll". Translated back to English he says "Now that you can fight a litte, we will fight a little harder" in an uplifting voice, which always sounded strange coming from him. Now I know why lol
Man i played this game long ago i used to love killing all the infidels with my assassins and horse archers and normal archers lol 😂 Glad that Stronghold is still strong and played
In Russian Stronghold he's not so **shole as in English, cuz this line was replaced by: "You had learned something, but the real battle is yet to come!"

I think that's what the developers were trying to do but instead aside from the weird niqab he's wearing, he's one of the most interesting characters in the game, and he's funny.
