One of my favourite actors. She's great for being so unapologetically real here. Addressing the double standards. Quipping back at the interviewer whom was being so annoying she handles it so good. Some people are skinny so get over it and have that. It's not that deep. Love Calista. Sharp as fuck.
@bigradwolf5001 initially she was, and Calista answered many questions and then subtly indicated she was healthy and that she sees a double standard in how people treat a skinny person as opposed to a fat person. But she was annoying, and the reason is because she then persisted in the point to make further examples of what people may say - which then, if you recall, Calista then has to make the 'Are you jealous?' remark back to her, then explains that this was a catty remark and that is a definite air of annoyance from Calista. She brushes it off with the 'i was just being catty' remark. A good interviewer will ask the tough and difficult questions, I agree, but they should know when the subject is such a sensitive issue and the person being interviewed has heard all of that in every single interview and seen it in every magazine, like Calista says, and when she plainly says she isn't sick and doesn't have an ED that was enough, but she carried on. Annoying is right. Borderline insulting for Calista Flockhart and the interviewer needs to read the room
