Hello everyone! This time a collaboration video with my friend Natalia Modzelewska who's a World Champion in Street Workout 2018. Natalia challenged me with some freestyle moves and I must admit it was tough :D

To help with English: when there is an "e" at the end of the word, the "e" disappears and turns into an "i". So in this case you would get "staring"

@@Luka-pd6om No problem! Most of the time words with 2 "e"'s at the end will get an "i" pasted. Take the word "to see" for example, this word will change to "seeing" It might be confusing for now but with a lot of practise you will get the hang of it!

theres nothing more functional and beautiful than calisthenics. it can be so hard, it shows true functional strength. weight training just shows all the deficiencies in the method. over weight lifters, lack of mobility, years of rehab etc
