Today, I am going to be covering some different approaches when it comes to manipulating training volume with calisthenics skill training. Training volume refers to the total weight lifted and is calculated by multiplying sets x reps x weight. This is a really interesting concept when it comes to skills because of course your bodyweight is constant regardless of what you're doing, but the position that you are in is what makes some skills "heavier" than others.
