This is a Part 2 of the CHALLENGE, a test of you muscular endurance. The challenge is to complete 3 exercises done in sync (Jumping jack, mountain climbers, push-ups) done exactly as i did in this video starting at 1 with each exercise and adding a rep each set all the way upto 9, NON-STOP ! But you must do it in under 2 minutes without compromising your form. I have shown my best time from start to finish. WHAT'S YOUR BEST TIME ???
