Im a third yr college student now and I have an interview tomorrow. To be honest, I don’t have any work experience, this is my first time for a job interview and I’m not that good in english because I’m afraid to make mistakes. In some call center company, the questions is different. There are instances that the interviewer will ask you situational questions based on the position your applying for. Its very hard because I was not expecting that.
This will be my guide to answer the interview questions. I passed the initial interview but in the final interview I always failed, even if I failed the final interview question I'm still have faith that I will passed and get hired for my next interview.hopefully this time I will passed the interview, I'm still not giving up and do my best ☺️ and I hope this Tips can help me to passed the interview.
Well i did apply and passed the 1st interview but with the 2nd interview i stuttered like hell. So now i'm scared to apply again cause i might stutter hahaha but i'm going to try again. Not always smooth sailing at first.

My greatest weakness in a call center agent interviews is the out of the box question, because it is just like the questions on a pageant, for example if your given a chance to have power what power would you like to have and why? Or if your going to sell a pencil for the amount of 10000 how are you going to sell it to the customer without giving them a hesitation to try another brand?

I eventually tried too many times to apply as a call center agent, but due to my pronouncation I got failed, I'm bisaya ang my tone is very strong that's the main problem for me. I also get nervous everytime I have an interview and my mind went block after hearing the interviewer question and I don't know how to start to answer. But I'm so eager to be part of this job so badly..

not a hater here but please refrain from saying "thats all" everytime you end your sentence. it will sound robotic to the interviewer. its better speak spontaneously rather than sounding scripted. just my two cents. thanks
Precisely! He's really reading notes and even not pronouncing the words properly but pretty much focus open ended questions/answer without highlighting the reasoning skill which is the most frequent... I don't think he would pass initial interview to well-known companys/accounts.
@@bevsoca2727 Just stop speaking if yo're done. If you are not speaking anymore, then your interviewer will know that you are already done with your answer.
for now because of the pandemic its hard to go out. in order to apply in such as call center im just relaying in online interview but most of the call center company they just posting and posting and never reply. the tips that you gave is really helpfull thou .
