Call for portfolio committee to oversee the presidency 

Some opposition parties, including the African Christian Democratic
Party, want a portfolio committee in parliament to oversee the
presidency. Leadership expert Prof. Mark Swilling says there needs
to be a committee to review the functions of the presidency.
