This is funny. Bo4, a game without a campaign, has a story that's more Black Ops then Bo3 which actually had a campaign.

This is just awful. Glad I watched these on here rather than wasting my time playing through a glorified tutorial.

With Woods and Mason here, I definitely prefer this over the Bullshit of a story we got in BO3

For those who are thinking "how are woods and Mason still alive?" Raul, Reznov, Mason, and woods are A.I. that are revive back by Savannah (Mason's granddaughter). She goes to them (Raul say "remember, you came to us) and works "Project Blackout" under Raul command. However, Jessica (Savannah Sister) threatened to whistleblow the project and ask woods to manipulate Mason with the numbers (which applies to saying that instead of Woods in the container, woods saying that it was Mason that was in the box in Angola.) Woods is brainwashing Mason with the numbers to kill Jessica. So neither to say, "Project Blackout" is the Blackout mode and is somehow connected to the main storyline as a canon or not.

Shit, man. The lore they're giving us is seriously intriguing me.

I think they should continue on with what they got, add a campaign it would really add a personal feel in the game, but sny campaign is better than BO3

For a lot of people, Bo1 and Bo2 did happen. At the end woods tell Alex mason it was him that was in the box. He is referring to the time when Alex saved woods. But due to some events woods now works under savannah and has successfully brainwashed Alex mason to reverse the roles that it was woods that saved Alex. Why would this happen? Savannah wants Jessica dead to keep going with Project Blackout safely which is the BR mode, so they plan to have program Alex to kill Jessica. Alex, Woods and Menedez has all been revived due to savannah a lot of videos go into detail. But tying all this together Savannah and Woods are the antagonist or so I’m thinking that it’s the most likely possibility.

Honestly if this was the campaign for Bo3 it would be great, since it would connect with Bo2. I don't understand why they did this for Bo4 instead Bo3 would have a made a lot more sense since thats when we get introduced to the specialists. But instead we get "Train go boom."

I've been saying that black ops 3s campaign should of focused on the 9 specialists in the game since bo3s launch. And now they have this. I feel like a hipster.

am I the only one who was hoping to see spectre working alongside the guys hunting the specialists down as a hired assassin, I mean in black ops 3 battery and ruin had dialogue that suggest they were at one point nearly killed by him

The rioting at 3:20 is a clear reference to the canon ending of black ops 2, where menendez is killed and riots took place in the streets

There should've been a mini campaign for each operator. If you played the for honor story you know what I mean.

The problem with Treyarch's campaigns is that they jump way ahead. BO3 was confusing and hardly had any references of previous installments. Infinity Ward's campaigns were good, even Ghosts and Infinite Warfare. But the problem was that most people didn't like those two. I really wanted to see a Ghosts sequel and Infinite Warfare could have been better if a majority of the missions weren't repetitive ship raids or jet fighting. Can't speak for Sledgehammer since I haven't played WW2 but I think Advanced Warfare's campaign was good. Again, no one liked it and no sequel was made.

If you guys did not know bo4 comes AFTER bo3 the reason they look different is because bo3 was all just a simulation so that’s why they look different then bo4. Bo4 was set in real world instead of a simulation
