On pc, there is a bind to directly prone; if you press that bind twice really fast, then the game will think you have proned and unproned, even though you only had enough time to crouch rather than going all the way down.

Watch my control button when I go up to the perk machine and get points from it. That's bound directly to control like skeleton said.
