To defeat the glitch I had to shoot the gate with the LTM round before the soldiers got to it. 40mm didn't work for me.

@@Meowdy_Partner22 restart the mission and only shoot at what the team says. I think it’s cause I blew open the gates on the compound before they were even meant to breach it. Plus Alejandro got stuck on a car so that might have been the issue
