I just want the atmosphere to actually look like zombies belong there. None of the buildings look run down or damaged, the lighting isn't right either. They literally just pasted zombies into Warzone DMZ

Outbreak on cold war was a great start for a new way to play zombies. Outbreak was the prototype and mwz should have been the better, more put together version. However they did outbreak but bigger and went backwards with time limit.

I mean the drop in was kinda cool, as an OG from world at war going to black ops I was hoping maybe we can get another view with maybe black op soldiers going in from the helicopter and with some soldiers dropping in, only to be met with a walking horde THEN the dogs break the chains and fog the entire map with Zombies now running at full speed. What I’m saying is if they did it differently or maybe bring in backup like MW3 survival, I would play this.

I obviously don't hate this. It's still fun. But I definitely didn't liked the way they removed the original theme completely. 💀 It can be seen as, Black Ops has it's own Zombies, Modern Warfare's style should be a bit different, I think that's what they were planning. I mean, yes, they could make new maps belonging completely to MW series but, this mode was unnecessary. It's just, Warzone! 💀 Nothing new imo.

It’s not bad but it’s lazy. For the atmosphere to be good I should drop into the game and instantly notice it’s a zombies map. If I saw a picture of this map with no context I could not tell you if it’s a zombies map or not.

No clue why people are defending this. Warzone maps simply aren't meant for Zombies. Part of the draw of zombies is being in tight spaces and feeling claustrophobic. When you're caught in a hallway you're supposed to fight the urge to panic and make dumb decisions. They had a distinct type of identity to them that went beyond how they looked, and each played differently to each other. The other changes don't bother me nearly as much as this. Hopefully they pivot from this and make smaller maps.

Zombies in 2013. Screaming for your life while mech with flamethrower chasing after you along with the horde of zombies ready to just murder you as you're eagerly trying to make it to the generator that the zombie is attacking. One bad move and you could get knocked down. Zombies in 2023. Drive this long empty map with nothing but stock building for 40 minutes while every now and then stopping at building where that have a egg in it for to shoot at. BUT BE CAREFUL! There might be 4 slowly moving zombies creeping up at you that die in 3 hits with the starter weapon.

Wtf are (some) of these new characters like dog in my opinion I couldn’t care less about them. I’m definitely not gonna take the time to learn the lore about. Back in the og days of zombies I had a general idea of the lore just by doing the ees. The main issue is I played outbreak in Cold War and it wasn’t horrible but it was nice I had the option to play a round based map. But for some unknown reason they are completely against round based map. The fact they added a timer which I have no idea how it works btw because as soon as I found out their was a timer in zombies I completely gave up on the game and lost all interest in newer zombies. That’s why I will only play older zombies

I wish they had a DMZ like mode with unlimited time. Sort of a free roam mode that lets you extract whenever you want. COD has a great base structure for free roam, but its needs some cool aspects to make it a fun sandbox mode.

this year was my first time trying cod zombies besides waw bo1 and bo2 i just knew i wouldnt like the new approach...to be honest its kinda fun but thats because i never played a modern zombies map before.. now im stuck on this bs "operation deadbolt" where you have to do a kinds of bs missions and complete 6 tiers just to be able to use another map🤦🏽‍♂️ and i think im over it already

Oh dear, it's even worse than I thought... So basically the ENTIRE GAME is MW2+DMZ with some tacked on mode-specific gameplay gimmicks? They're right, this is definitely MW2 DLC rushed out as a full game. The round system, obtuse easter egg system had to go, but this is crap.

Personally cod zombies started to go down hill after BO3, a lot of people say 3 was the best but BO3 to me was a flat line the zombies were no longer scary there was no real mystery anymore the guns were stupid and the gobble gums ruined high round grinding and yes I have played all of the BO3 zombies maps and completed all the easter eggs I didn’t like a single map

I loved the atmosphere in tranzit. for me this is too much like a normal game mode. Zero atmosphere. Too big...i love the claustrophobic atnos of bops zombies. Not dark enough. This has put the nail in the coffin for mw3 for me. I wont buy.

Yeah I just don't see it. Just warzones with zombie obstacles. You have all those WaW and Black Ops 3 custom maps, and these guys learned nothing from them.
