You don't have to buy the remote control boat to use the new bait balls . You can toss them out by hand or buy a slingshot at the bait shop . They are fun and help catch fish fast . I don't think it attracts the diamond class fish in though .

I always check the Hook Size chart for the Diamonds

I need to do that but diamonds and golds will bite smaller hooks anyway . LOL

Apprantly they do not attrack Diamond fish which sucks

The baits do not attract diamond class fish . Yup that sucks ! LOL

What hook size were are using for the Rock Fish, when I got my Diamond I was using a size 6 with Minnow, you did mention it but forgot what you said lol

I started with a six and got nothing so I changed down to a 7 then down to a 9 . Caught the gold rock bass on the size 9 hook .

I would guess it is close . I just have a few pages of hand written notes I made that I use . Wrote it all down watching folks play the game for diamonds .
