In season 4 episode 7 when one of the gay nurses says to the other something like - of course I want to get married.....to you.....but that can never be. Just at that moment, the singer in the background sings "maybe tomorrow". I don't know if that was an extraordinary coincidence or a very well thought out piece of syncronisation.

Nice to have a good show without CGI explosions.
