Can you please make videos on how to make saltfish and beef patties, those large Johnnycakes we eat during carnival time, fungi and fish, dumplings, Ducana, etc.? P.S. It looks delicious! I can’t have sea food, so I will use saltfish, pork and smoke turkey! I don’t have a pressure cooker, can I use a crockpot to soften my pork?
