PS, you may have missed my suggestion on a previous stream chat about your blood pressure. Have you seen a doctor to see if you have a high bp issue? I’m only 11 mins into this and I can see how your whole head/face is red. I do notice it fluctuates and your face gets redder, then calms down a bit. I have to take 2 meds for my high bp and if it goes up, I do get warm and my face gets red. Take care 😊

There’s about 5,000 other HARMLESS things that can mimic the same reactions in ppl. There are plenty of ways to lower ones blood pressure naturally EVEN IF his was elevated- which I doubt. BP meds do nothing to solve or cure the issue. They are a highly toxic but, only temp solution, very temporary- until you take your next pill. You should discover what the underlying issue is and do something to try to resolve the elevation in your BP naturally and PERMANENTLY!! BP meds & statin drugs are 2 of the most overprescribed & unnecessary drugs on the planet. The side effects alone can kill you. Over 99% of ppl who die from heart attacks & strokes are taking one or both of these medications. So, THEY ARE NOT WORKING. Please research the toxins you are putting in your body. And, w/all due respect, pls do not advise anyone on medical issues when you’ve chosen the worst possible course of action to treat yours. 🤦🏼‍♀️
