Our ancestors went through a lot to get us here and I truly believe that we hold some of the trauma and the pain within our bloodlines. So listening to ancestral music helps heal those wounds and show respect to those who got us here today.

I couldn't stop crying, as if I was releasing something that no longer belonged and outdated. There was so much trapped emotion and energy that I tried to numb myself from, but felt a burst of feeling lighter and left my shoulders that I carried for along time 😢😢 thank you, you don't know how honored to find you ❤

My grandmother was born in a share croppers shack on the edge of a cotton field outside of Yazoo City, She was Choctaw. Beautiful country out there in those hills. I’m calling forth her spirit of love and compassion she had for me. I’m going through a lot of pain and grief and I sure could use her help into the spirit realm.

Years ago I was led to a Shamanic/Paganistic path. Everything about it resonates well with my soul even though for the past few years I haven't kept as close to it as I once was. Two nights ago I had a dream of a brown-skinned, beautiful woman/friend playing an album for me with peacefully wonderful music and the album cover was a deep orange color. It stuck with me, but I didn't know what it meant. Today I thought of an old friend who passed away a couple of years ago who had been a Shamanic teacher to me many years ago and introduced me to Sandra Ingerman personally. He hadn't crossed my mind in a long time. I began searching for the music from my dream and, although this was not it, I landed on this and began meditating to it. My guide came to me telling me it was time to return to the fire (color of the album cover in my dream) and I would be given two gifts soon - a smooth oval stone in my right hand and a slender feather in my left. They were to be reminders that my guides are with me and to visit the familial fire often, to keep these gifts with me at all times. I had seen the numbers 1010 three times this morning. I am home again. Peace.......
