When I do this, everythign works but the "TAG" part lettering refuses to move with the callout head. Instead the lettering moves separately.... super annoying.

Yeah, I have the same problem. It looks like at the 3:57 time mark when he deleted the line his drawing changed (it zoomed in and both text changed). Not sure why and what lead to that though.
