Raised in North Yorkshire (UK), Callum Spencer’s soulful writing is an emotional hand grenade. With one foot in the balladeering songwriter world and the other in Indie rock, Callum’s eclectic writing skilfully places murky, melodic, driving anthems alongside his spellbinding acoustic ballads and frequently blurs the lines between the two.
This, combined with his visceral ‘heart on the sleeve’ performances, make this affable singer-songwriter irresistible to the discerning listener.
Callum’s songcraft and performance style draws influence from greats such as Bruce Springsteen and contemporary artists like Sam Fender and Ben Howard.
His first pair of singles landed him on some of Spotify’s most popular playlists as well as main stage gigs at several boutique festivals including “The Brave Festival” in Amsterdam. On top of this Callum has toured with pop duo “Seafret” playing to sold-out crowds. This was followed by his own well-received headline tours in Poland in 2020
Callum is now set to release several new singles culminating in an EP this year in conjunction with several tours both in the UK and Europe.
